JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES ASSISTANT

The Company:

Acceligent Solution Inc. is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrator that has been providing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients since 2014.

What are we looking for?

A Sales Assistant plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by answering clients' questions, offering product recommendations, and prospecting for clients and projects. With strong communication and a friendly attitude, sales build rapport with customers, address concerns, and support sales goals.

The Sales Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer potential and current clients' questions about products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Actively engage in sales conversations, upsell, and cross-sell products.
  • Process transactions, handle payments, and operate cash registers accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and store promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve store goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.)
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, callings, presentations, training, and company events.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, explain products clearly, and build lasting relationships.
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers, answer inquiries, and recommend suitable products.
  • Ability to make outgoing calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively showcase products and services, engaging customers, and driving sales.

Work Set-up: On-site in Ortigas, Pasig City

Time: 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday
