About the role

We are urgently seeking a talented and organized Sales Assistant to join the dynamic team at Isteel Inc. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. This full-time position is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the sales function

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity sales administration processes
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong attention to detail
