WE ARE HIRING: SALES ASSISTANT

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our Sales Department We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

  • Handle telephone inquiries and relay them to concerned parties.
  • Assist in issuing Transmittal Forms, Pull-out Receipts, and Sample Slips.
  • Monitor inventory and replenishment of marketing collaterals and materials.
  • Collect and review Daily Itinerary and Call Reports from AEs.
  • Check pricing, discounts, and computations of RFQs and RFOs.
  • Prepare computations for installation and delivery charges.
  • Encode quotations and maintain an updated database of accounts.
  • Prepare minutes of Weekly Sales Meetings.
  • Process payment requests supported by approved documentation.
  • Assist in accreditation and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Provide updated Stock Inventory Reports to the Sales Team.

Telemarketing / Account Sourcing

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
  • Generate leads, gather market data, and schedule product presentations.
  • Meet daily quota of at least 30 introductory calls.
  • Maintain professionalism in communication at all times.

Purchasing

  • Handle requisitions for office supplies subject to approval.

HR Support

  • Monitor attendance and decorum of AEs and coordinate with HR.

Logistics & Administration

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace.
  • Conduct physical counts of office supplies and monitor office equipment.
  • Initiate replenishment or repair requests when needed.
  • Recommend improvements to office processes.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
