We are looking for an organized, efficient Sales & Marketing Staff to be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager with preparation of sales quotations to be submitted to prospective clients. This includes the interpretation of architectural plans and estimation of product quantity
  • Answering e-mails, Facebook Page and Instagram customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
  • Preparing content for Facebook, Instagram, E-mail marketing and other Social Media channels
  • Administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers, and monitoring sales and recording sales data
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any business-related courses
  • Honest, trustworthy, good communication skills, hardworking and pleasant personality for customer service
  • 1-2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Photoshop / SketchUp
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig (Monday - Friday)
