Sales Admin Assistant

- Execute and finalize sales transactions with customers based on agreed-upon price, terms, and conditions.
- Assist in accounting for sales transactions by preparing necessary documentation for collection, updating, and account closure.
- Prepare billing for equipment rental related services, including ready-mix concrete.
- Maintaining and organizing key documents related to sales and operations. This includes managing sales orders, price approval slips, rental forms, delivery receipt, quotations, invoices and other related documents.
- Ensure systematic organization and inventory management of documents, including purchased orders, payment slip for easy accessibility.
- Provide assistance to customers and escalate concerns to BDD Officers as needed.
- Prepare, create, and generate necessary documents in SAPB1 for reporting purposes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient encoding of all sales transactions into the system.
- Maintain organized files to facilitate easy traceability and retrieval of information.
- Follow up quotations to track progress, ensure timely response and report status.
- Input and update the status of open delivery receipts on a monthly basis.
- Demonstrates a responsive approach to customer services when needed. Ensuring clients need are addressed promptly and accurately, particularly in critical situations where swift action is required.
- Assist with customer acquisition efforts as needed, including generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales team in securing new customers.
- Perform administrative tasks, limited to handling incoming calls in absence of admin assistant and provide general assistance to the department head as needed
- Processes all the documents and delivery procedures of products to client
- Conduct price survey whenever there is an increase in concrete price for reference sales trend
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
- Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig
