JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide after-sales support to the section, assisting Account Managers in implementing an effective account management system.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of items and services to clients.
  • Receive, verify, and properly file items and documents endorsed by other departments; maintain an organized central filing system for the section.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from planholders as endorsed by the Account Management Officer (AMO).
  • Assist in the franchising and onboarding of new business accounts; prepare proposals as endorsed by the assigned AMO.
  • Prepare and issue renewal advisories to clients.
  • Accurately prepare and update the Summary of Benefits (SOB) for all corporate accounts.
  • Assist the AMO in compiling utilization analyses and preparing materials for client presentations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistical arrangements for wellness lectures and benefits orientations.
  • Provide assistance to speakers and orientation officers during wellness lectures and client briefings.
  • Handle centralized stock requests for the department.
  • Facilitate processing of various internal forms including Cash Advances (CA), reimbursements, Official Business (OB) forms, load allowance requests, and service requests; manage issuance and safekeeping of laptops and projectors.
  • Monitor the release of membership cards, ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
  • Track the delivery and retrieval of client contracts.
  • Ensure timely submission of original application forms for individual accounts to the URG

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management (Marketing, Entrepreneurship) or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year working experience in related field is an advantage but not required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Sales-driven and customer service-oriented.
  • Has advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
