Job Description – Customer Sales Assistant

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store or through calls/messages
  • Promote products and explain features, prices, and promotions
  • Help customers choose items based on their needs and preferences
  • Process customer orders, payments, and receipts
  • Maintain product displays, stocks, and cleanliness in the sales area
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints politely
  • Update sales records and report daily transactions
  • Coordinate with sales team and supervisor for targets, inventory, and deliveries
  • Support marketing or promotional activities when needed

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (College Level/Graduate is an advantage)
  • With experience in sales, retail, or customer service (but open to entry-level)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
  • Basic skills in cash handling and POS operation (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of products being sold is a plus
  • Can work under minimal supervision and handle multiple customers
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules
  • Trustworthy, neat, and presentable
