Qualifications & experience

  • Graduate of any four (4) year preferably Science related courses
  • With Excellent English Communication Skills both Oral and Written.
  • With Knowledge of all MS Office Applications – word, excel, PowerPoint, and adobe.
  • Can cope with working under pressure at busy times.
  • Always ready attitude and with ability to multitask
  • Willing to be trained
  • Amenable to commute in Pasig City.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Act as administrative assistant to the Nationwide Sales of the company or other designated management.
  • Complete the administrative needs of all Sales personnel.
  • Support the outside Sales team. Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
  • Speak with customers using clear and professional language.
  • Write up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence, including but not limited to proposals, contracts and proof of performance recaps.
  • Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
  • Assist with the administrative functions of all Sales including, going on-site visits, picking up supplies, etc.; may require working outside of normal office hours.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.
  • Resolve any sales-related issues with customers. Perform other functions assigned by the National Sales Manager and/or Team leader.
  • This may open an opportunity for an advanced role. Example, Job promotion to Technical Sales Representative.
