Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor for Offline and Online/ECOMM Inbound and Outbound Operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods for both traditional and e-commerce sales channels. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, optimize processes, and ensure seamless coordination between offline and online operation. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory-related processes. The role focuses on stock accuracy, process compliance, and operational efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor, this role supports productivity goals by coordinating manpower, monitoring workflows, and ensuring adherence to warehouse best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Supervision

• Supervise warehouse associates in daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Can be assigned to: Online or Offline; Inbound, Outbound, ECOMM, or departments where assistance is needed.
• Assist in manpower allocation to meet operational demands efficiently.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all warehouse processes comply with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Implement inventory control procedures, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for both offline and online channels.
• Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory checks.
• Assist in identifying and addressing discrepancies in stock levels.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and space utilization within the warehouse.

Compliance & Safety

• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and used correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse associates.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations for both offline and online channels.
• Provide reports on stock movements, order fulfillment rates, and operational challenges.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs for both offline and online operations.
• Ensure accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods, maintaining high standards of quality for both offline and online channels.

Training & Team Development

• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to warehouse associates.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Logistics Coordination & Customer Service

• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to optimize inbound and outbound logistics for both offline and online channels.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations for both offline and online channels.
• Oversee the fulfillment process for online orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, packing, and shipping.
• Manage the returns and exchanges process for online orders, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent with significant warehouse experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational demands
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes for both offline and online channels.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software, e-commerce platforms, and MS Office applications.
• Forklift operator certification is an advantage.
• Safety compliance training is a plus.
