Job Objective:

To assume overall supervision for the effective execution of the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Warehouse Fulfillment Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Executes processes to effectively and efficiently perform various activities related to inbound and outbound, warehousing operation, pick & pack of delivery routes, and inter-warehouse transfer and rejected deliveries in various E-commerce providers.
  • Conducts regular review and ensure availability of resources, e.g. manpower, material handling equipment, materials etc. to carry out various activities in warehouse operation.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of documents, physical and system transactions to support the inventory accuracy.
  • Implements the appropriate standard operating procedure of activities and process improvement related to warehouse operations to achieve performance target.
  • Ensures implementation of GMP/GWP by conducting facility check, proper handling and storage, appropriate pest control program, updating standard operating procedures, sanitation and hygiene, product transport and handling of bad orders and disposal/destruction.
  • Ensures safety to prevent LTI/LTA (Loss Time Injury / Accident).
  • Establishes the productivity standards and conducts regular review of warehouse capacity.
  • Monitors unnecessary expenses due to inefficiencies (e.g., company properties, product damages, MHEs, etc.) overtime and recommend cost saving initiative projects.
  • Resolves all operational issues and concerns on inter-department and various E-commerce platforms.
  • Handles the day-to-day business relationship with third party service providers and contractual manpower agencies.
  • Handles all reportorial requirements related to fulfillment operations as need.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in warehouse, distribution and/or logistics operations in a supervisory role.
  • Preferably with SAP background (or other ERPs)
