About the role

New Era Placement Agency Co. is urgently seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for individuals with or without prior call center experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant systems and records
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  5. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer inquiries
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
