The Operations/Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership. This role ensures that all processes—from inbound logistics to outbound distribution—are executed accurately, efficiently, and safely. The Supervisor also plays a vital role in staff development, operational improvements, compliance, and coordination with other departments to meet business objectives

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.).

Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Maintain and monitor inventory control systems to ensure inventory accuracy.

Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse employees.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

Oversee loading/unloading processes and verify shipping documents.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.

Monitor warehouse performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, shipping time).

Schedule and assign tasks to optimize workflow and labor utilization.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain equipment and facility conditions.

Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
