About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Modern Furniture Warehouse Operations. This role ensures the smooth, accurate, and efficient handling of our premium furniture products — from inbound receipts to outbound deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy between the ERP system and actual physical stock through regular monitoring, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and that all items are in excellent condition and dispatched on schedule.
  • Supervise loading and unloading operations to guarantee proper product handling, packaging, and space optimization within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with logistics, administration, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment and inventory updates.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
  • Train and guide warehouse staff in proper handling, packing, and ERP inventory procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of warehouse supervision experience, ideally in furniture, home décor, or retail distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Physically fit and able to oversee warehouse activities hands-on.
