About the Role:

We are looking for a Corporate Lead Accountant to support our finance leadership team by managing client billing, payment processing, reconciliations, and corporate financial analysis. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

You'll work closely with the Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President, overseeing key financial processes and ensuring timely, accurate reporting and billing operations.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that offers long-term stability, a collaborative virtual work culture, and statutory PH benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and track client billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Utilize recurring invoices and billing schedules to streamline billing processes
  • Reconcile vendor account statements and match purchases to client billing
  • Address and resolve billing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and process vendor payments on a weekly basis
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
  • Oversee and coordinate with the corporate billing accountant to ensure accurate billing and consistent follow-up on collections
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance on corporate financial analysis and reporting
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial information
  • Perform general administrative and accounting-related duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience in accounting, billing, or financial operations
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to work U.S. business hours (night shift, PH time)
  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
