Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Deputy Project Manager with an industry-recognized associate-level project management certification (e.g., CAPM or equivalent) to support the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience coordinating large-scale initiatives, managing multi-site logistics, and ensuring accurate project documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring technology infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate multi-site logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee project documentation management, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with organizational or regulatory requirements.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating issues and risks as appropriate.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and compliance processes when required.
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing within the project management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Industry-recognized associate-level project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in technology project coordination and support, with proven exposure to multi-site logistics.
  • Strong background in project documentation oversight and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in technology infrastructure or ICT-related projects.
  • Familiarity with government procurement or compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or related service delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
