Duties and Responsibilities:


• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations based on demographic trends, customer profiles, competition, and market conditions.


• Analyze site-specific data such as foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, and local economic factors.


• Utilize geographic information systems (GIS) and other tools to evaluate site suitability.


• Identify and shortlist potential sites for new locations, including both urban and suburban areas.


• Conduct site visits to assess physical characteristics, zoning regulations, and overall viability.


• Prepare and present site feasibility reports, including cost-benefit analysis and projected revenue.


• Lead negotiations to secure optimal lease terms.


• Coordinate with legal teams to review and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards.


• Manage the due diligence process, including environmental assessments, permitting, and regulatory approvals.


• Work closely with the development, and operations to align site selection with company growth strategies.


• Partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and operations to ensure site readiness and compliance with design standards.


• Maintain relationships with external partners such as brokers, mall admin/leasing, municipalities, and local business communities.


• Oversee the timeline and budget for site acquisition and development projects.
• Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the site selection and acquisition process.


• Ensure timely handover of sites to the construction and operations teams.


• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining site recommendations and justifications.


• Maintain accurate records of all site selection activities, including contracts, negotiations, and approvals. Other responsibilities assigned additional duties as directed by the Superior.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Real Estate background who has worked in the restaurant or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to negotiate leases, agreements, and contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the local and regional real estate markets, market trends, etc.
  • Ability to assess potential properties through data analysis, market research, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple property acquisitions simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with potential partners.
  • Attention to Detail, critical for reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
  • Ability to travel as needed to evaluate sites and negotiate deals
