Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an industry-recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) to lead complex technology infrastructure initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multi-site deployments, ensuring compliance with government procurement policies, and driving projects from initiation to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for technology infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Oversee multi-site deployments, ensuring seamless coordination across locations and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Industry-recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience leading large-scale technology infrastructure projects, including multi-site deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ICT infrastructure modernization, data centers, and cloud integration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Background in managing vendors, contractors, and government agency stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
