Project Architect (Project-Based)

  • Licensed Architect
  • With at least 2-3 years experience in the construction site, preferably in construction management role
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge in other related engineering tools is an advantage
  • Checks and reviews engineering drawings and conducts site inspection prior to implementation.
  • Conducts regular inspections or site activities.
  • Monitors daily accomplishment, inventory of materials and manpower
  • Ensures construction quality adheres to issued Final Construction Plans and approved specifications.
  • Monitor, Evaluates & Reconciles Accomplishment and Changes Orders of Contractors.
  • Monitoring and preparation of progress billings.
  • Provides supervisory function over contractor and other on-site personnel for architectural works.
  • Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and quality inspections.
  • Monitors Architectural OSM.
  • Inspection of completion, provide punch list and back check all architectural works for handover.
  • Monitors completion of units and common areas.
