Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize project documents using Aconex.
  • Maintain document control systems, ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly categorized.
  • Track revisions, approvals, and document distribution across project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
  • Provide support to project managers and engineers in document coordination.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to project team members on all Aconex -related functions.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to established document control processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Aconex support or IT teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administering Aconex within the construction industry.
  • Proven expertise in Aconex or comparable project management/document control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in managing documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
