Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documents using Aconex.
- Maintain document control systems, ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly categorized.
- Track revisions, approvals, and document distribution across project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
- Provide support to project managers and engineers in document coordination.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to project team members on all Aconex -related functions.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to established document control processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Aconex support or IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administering Aconex within the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in Aconex or comparable project management/document control systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction project workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in managing documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
