Role Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Architect to oversee architectural production and construction management of high-rise and commercial building projects. This role ensures that designs are accurately translated into construction deliverables, timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld from planning to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate architectural production from schematic to construction documents.
  • Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with at least 3 years of experience in building construction (high-rise and commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in CAD, BIM, and other architectural software.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and manage multiple stakeholders.
