JOB SUMMARY

To be one of the pioneers for SMDC in house design team that will provide concept planning, production drawings and site inspections/construction support for landscape design

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. To provide concepts, design developments, production drawings and site coordination for landscape requirements.
  2. Manage the production team to ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and can be executed on site
  3. Ensure design conforms with budget and design standards
  4. Coordination with different departments and property management team to ensure all hardscape and softscape specifications are

Easy to maintain and cost effective

  1. Assist in the standardization efforts of the company
  2. Ensure design requirements and set timelines are met
  3. Other works related under the In house design team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Licensed Landscape Architect
  2. With at least 10 year experience working in a real estate company is an advantage
  3. With design management skills for Land Planning, Landscape, Land planning and Engineering infrastructure
  4. Ability to provide innovative and cost economical solutions for challenging terrains and other landscape issues
  5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
  6. Strong in Concept Development
  7. Highly creative with good presentation skills
  8. Can easily adjust to SMDC culture
