Key Responsibilities:


•Develop innovative architectural and landscape designs aligned with client objectives and project goals.

•Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and presentation materials using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

•Conduct site analysis and research zoning regulations, environmental conditions, and accessibility requirements.

•Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure cohesive project development.

•Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final plans.
•Prepare detailed construction documentation and support the project through permitting and construction phases.

•Maintain knowledge of current architectural trends, materials, sustainability practices, and industry standards.
