Construction Design Specialist

The Construction Design Specialist oversees design-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring that the design intent is implemented. This role acts as a bridge between design and execution, maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure architectural/engineering plans are correctly interpreted and executed.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.
  • Review materials/finishes to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of work experience related to construction operation.
  • Focused, driven team player; able to work under pressure.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
