Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Manager (Licensed Civil Engineer) to oversee and manage the construction activities for our Hotel Project. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring project completion within budget, on schedule and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project resources, budget and timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve site issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • At least 5 -10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
  • Experience in hotel, high-rise or commercial building projects
