We are seeking a
Customer Success Manager

who combines deep passion for AdTech/MarTech with exceptional strategic, client-facing soft skills. The ideal candidate thrives on innovation and creative problem-solving, serving as a trusted advisor who delivers client delight through forward-thinking strategic planning, actionable business insights, and relentless focus on measurable, outcome-driven execution with integrity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Client Growth Management (40%)

  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, market challenges, and growth goals.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, excellent rapport and long-term retention through consultative engagement and consistent delivery of value-added insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven media solutions to enhance client outcomes and ROI.
  • Serve as an excellent internal and external integrator, acting as the primary liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients and backend teams. Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing and strategic setup, through real-time optimization, to final reporting, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution at every stage.
  • Lead the development of strategic, AI-driven media plans and proposals that go beyond media buying- these are integrated programmatic, paid social, data-driven targeting, and emerging channels, fully aligned with client business objectives, KPIs, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Founder/CEO, head of campaign activation, growth strategy, data science and tech teams) to ensure campaigns leverage the latest in ad tech, automation, and advanced audience segmentation for measurable impact.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of programmatic campaigns, from trafficking and cross-platform activation, to pacing, quality assurance, and performance delivery across all relevant DSPs and channels.
  • Monitor performance in real time using advanced analytics tools, proactively identifying optimization opportunities to improve reach, efficiency, and ROI while continuously adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations, driving clients' broader digital transformation by aligning media execution with overall marketing, technology, and business growth strategies.

Innovation, Insights & Reporting (20%)

Performance Reporting

  • Produce insight-rich performance reports that go beyond surface metrics linking campaign data to client business objectives, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations grounded in data storytelling, enabling clients to make informed decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Provide proof-of-live campaign screenshots across all relevant ad formats and platforms to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Leverage analytics dashboards, attribution tools, and AI-driven insights to identify patterns, optimize targeting, and guide future strategy.

Market Insight & Team Collaboration

  • Continuously track and interpret digital advertising trends, programmatic innovations, privacy regulations, and emerging platforms to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market shifts to recommend proactive media pivots.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, data, technical) to design and execute integrated, omni-channel solutions that align technology with client objectives.

Training and Development

  • Proactively educate and upskill clients on programmatic media, AI-powered targeting, end to end AI-driven proprietary and bespoke solutions, and measurement best practices to empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Anticipate client needs by identifying capability gaps and designing tailored training sessions that boost engagement and maximize campaign performance.
  • Support clients in adopting digital transformation practices, enabling them to integrate media strategies seamlessly into their overall marketing and business operations.

Qualifications

Experience:

4–6 years in programmatic media, digital account management, or client success within an ad tech or digital marketing environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in RTB and programmatic platforms for trading, ad verification, and optimization including but not limited to
The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, MediaMath, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP

Magnite, PubMatic, OpenX, Xandr, Index Exchange, Teads.

Experienced with ad verification and brand safety tools such as I

Bonus Technical Skills:
