We're Hiring: Customer Success Specialist (Hybrid Setup)

• Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience in public speaking and in large audiences.


• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.


• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.


• Previous experience in a customer success or support role is a plus.


• Basic understanding of Agile Methodology is a plus.
