We're Hiring: Customer Success Specialist (Hybrid Setup)
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and building strong relationships? We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Raksoct Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setup while making a difference.
What You'll Do:
• Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and guidance.
• Help customers navigate our products, ensuring they get the most out of their experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer relationships.
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in public speaking and in large audiences.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Previous experience in a customer success or support role is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Agile Methodology is a plus.
