About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

Job Description
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with our Core Application Security services, driving successful adoption and renewal of contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Onboard new customers, providing comprehensive training and support for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Auditors, Testers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of services according to product specifications and service level agreements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Customer Service, or Project/Program Management (or equivalent).
  • Degree in a relevant field or military background preferred.
  • Proven customer-focused service and sales experience essential.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms, understanding their impact on customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for accurate and informative reporting.
