Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answering their inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
● Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
● Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
● Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
● Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
● Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
● Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
● Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
● Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
● Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus.
● A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
