Position: Finance Manager

Job Summary: The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of the organization, leveraging extensive experience in finance management, particularly within the financial services or technology sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and performance.

Qualifications & experience

  • Certified Public Accountant or CPA License required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 10 years in a finance management role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards, with a focus on financial solutions and technology trends.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in financial management and business conduct.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
  • Create financial forecasts and models to support decision-making and long-term planning, considering market trends and business projections.
  • Collaborate with the management to develop financial strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, such as investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Stay informed about relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the members of the Finance Dept., fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
