Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong experience in both architectural design and project costing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural plans while preparing accurate cost estimates to support project proposals and executions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs, plans, drawings, and presentations in line with project requirements and client specifications.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to refine design concepts and ensure feasibility.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and construction quality.
  • Prepare and submit architectural documentation for permits, approvals, and tender processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project management teams for material selection and sourcing aligned with budget constraints.
  • Evaluate and recommend value engineering options to optimize design and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect (preferred, depending on local regulations).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project costing (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
  • Solid knowledge of cost estimating, project budgeting, and quantity surveying principles.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and cost estimation software (preferred).
