Our client, a trusted BIM outsourcing company, is looking for a BIM Specialist who can take the lead in managing multiple projects and guiding other modelers toward success.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, accuracy, and teamwork — someone who can turn design concepts into fully coordinated, buildable models. You'll be working with architects, engineers, and project managers from different parts of the world, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from design to documentation.

You'll also have the chance to lead a small team, handle multiple projects at once, and grow your leadership skills in a supportive, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage 3D BIM models using Revit and ArchiCAD for architectural and engineering projects.
  • Review drawings, check model accuracy, and ensure all outputs meet client standards.
  • Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams for clash detection and model integration.
  • Lead and mentor junior BIM modelers or drafters in the project team.
  • Manage project deliverables, deadlines, and documentation across multiple clients.
  • Support continuous improvement of BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates clearly to team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology (Drafting Major).
  • 5–10 years of experience as a Revit Modeler, Drafter, or BIM Specialist.
  • Strong skills in Revit, ArchiCAD, and other BIM tools.
  • Excellent understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
  • Experience handling architectural, structural, or construction projects.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and make confident decisions independently.
  • Great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably based in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
