BIM Modeler

Our client, a growing BIM outsourcing company, is looking for a BIM Modeler with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology.

This role is for someone who enjoys turning complex technical plans into well-coordinated 3D models. You'll be working closely with engineers, architects, and project managers on different international projects — helping bring designs to life through precise and accurate modeling.

You'll also be expected to work independently, manage your own deadlines, and coordinate effectively with the rest of the design team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems using Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Ensure all models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project standards.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams for clash detection and coordination.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, schedules, and documentation.
• Support multiple ongoing projects while meeting client timelines.
• Participate in improving BIM workflows, templates, and modeling standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology (Drafting Major).
• 3–7 years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, or coordination.
• Proficient in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, technical drawings, and construction detailing.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions under minimal supervision.
• Preferably based in Clark, Pampanga or open to relocation.
• Comfortable with a ₱25,000–₱45,000 salary range, depending on experience.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
