I. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Communications, Management, Business Administration, or related courses
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/ or public relations
- Broad knowledge of Digital Media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A team player who proactively finds ways to improve the efficiency of the team
- Committed to continuous learning and development
- Endurance to Agency work
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Client and Project Management
- Serve as day-to-day client contact and primary liaison between client and implementing team
- Oversee project deliverables, leading team members to ensure quality and timeliness
- Join and support shoots, events, and other onsite activities as needed
- Flag and address potential issues, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Develop and maintain project plans and trackers to monitor progress
- Ensure outputs align with client strategy and objectives
- Ensure timely billing of projects in coordination with the Finance Team
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance deliverables
- Lead regular client and internal meetings; attend onsite workdays as scheduled
- Report directly to the IMC Manager
B. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop briefs and job requests for NGP shared service units and suppliers
- Plan and oversee logistics for digital and PR projects, including team assignments, timelines, pre-/post-production requirements, and expense liquidation in coordination with other Digital Team members
- Manage supplier engagement: sourcing, contracting, onboarding, task assignment, and payment coordination with Finance
- Maintain and grow a database of reliable third-party suppliers to support PR and digital amplification
C. Business Development
- Support and/or lead pitch development, which entails attending a client brief to presenting to the client
- Curate customized cost proposals aligned with client needs, including those outside the standard rate card
- Negotiate the scope of work and pricing with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to expand opportunities
D. Strategy Development
- Monitor industry and communication platform trends that may affect client strategies
- Assist in developing PR roadmaps to guide campaigns
