Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Pasig. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, developing comprehensive account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and providing after-sales support to clients. The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of communications and transactions, conducting market research, and reaching monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and implement account plans
  • Experience with sales presentations and contract negotiations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One, SAP Cloud ERP, or SAP Concur is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
