We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage relationships with our business clients for our company offering payroll-enabled financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, customer loyalty, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience in account management, finance operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B account management is required for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency at using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to meet clients face to face.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Advanced expertise in financial products and services is essential for providing comprehensive client guidance.
  • Adept at multitasking and possesses strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, able to learn using new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Good to have: experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing of loan and salary deduction transactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on financial products and services offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new employer partners.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and send regular statements of accounts to clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure receipt and understanding of statements of accounts.
  • Issue acknowledgements of receipts for payments received from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of statements of accounts and acknowledgements of receipts.
