ABOUT THE ROLE

Infinnum Inc. is looking for a
Corporate Accounting Manager
to lead our accounting operations, ensure tax compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting that supports management decisions and business growth.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee end-to-end
    general accounting
    operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analyses to support decision-making
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements
  • Manage
    tax compliance
    , ensuring all statutory reports, filings, and payments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience: General Accounting, Financial Accounting, Tax Accounting experience
  • Experience in preparing and presenting management reports to stakeholders
  • Adaptable to different accounting systems, especially Xero
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and financial analysis
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting firm is a plus
