General Function:

  • Plan and direct activities within the Finance department based on professional accounting concepts and internal company policies to solve complex accounting issues including the maintenance of internal controls. Prepare monthly management financial reporting package and executive summary schedules. Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting accounting and policies and procedures. Provide financial advice and support to all departments in Padcal operations to enable them to make sound business decisions.\

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Masters in Business Administration is preferred;
  • Minimum of three (3) years management responsibility, five (5) years financial reporting, Accounting Internal Auditing or Auditing experience;
  • Mining experience industry is preferred;
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant.
  • Willing to be assigned at the mine site in Padcal, Tuba Benguet.
