Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. IT Assistant will provide support and ensure that the underlying network infrastructure and its associated technology operate efficiently.
  2. The IT Assistants are expected to provide support and clerical assistance
  3. Provide support in monitoring and inspection of IT projects and ensuring compliance with IT Standards and safety requirements.
  4. Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for IT systems and repair of IT equipment breakdown.
  5. Provide assistance to IT for closure of security vulnerabilities
  6. Assist/Buddy in the closure of the SDP request
  7. Assist/Buddy in the closure of ROU and safety audits
  8. Administrative support, as needed

Job Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in end-user management, hardware and software.

Education - IT-related courses.
