  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees to ensure they perform their duties effectively and meet company standards.
  • Operations Oversight: Managing daily business operations, overseeing inventory, and maintaining a smooth workflow to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Interacting with customers, resolving complaints and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with budgeting, financial tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Managerial Support: Assisting the direct manager with various tasks, implementing strategies, and filling in for the manager when they are absent.

  • Experience: Experience in the industry, often as a senior staff member, is beneficial for advancement to an Assistant Manager role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
