Job description

  • Prepare weekly reports on the update of hiring in a week.
  • Assist applicants on their application queries.
  • Liaise with appropriate with the support team to ensure appropriate documentation is gathered and filed timely.
  • Assist in additional recruiting support as time allows: scheduling of interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRDM, Psychology or any related degrees.
  • With at least internship experience in recruiting or human resources experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen and ask pertinent questions.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, Power point).
  • Interest in learning recruitment function.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
