What You'll Do:

  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives to support high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms to build talent pipelines
  • Engage and qualify candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sourcing for volume hiring, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Solid background in BPO hiring is a must
  • A team player who works well in a collaborative environment
  • Strong "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Willing to work onsite at our Pasig City office
