Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team. This role involves managing the end to end recruitment process of the bank with the following job description below:

1.     Provides support to the Human Resources Head in sourcing of the area of recruitment.

2.     Supervise the daily administration of recruitment unit.

3.     Develops and maintain relationships with the hiring manager

4.     Ensure compliance in the recruitment/hiring process.

5.     Develops recruitment strategies to attain the recruitment objectives.

6.     Maintains database and FSR reports.

  1. Develop plans for staff growth and conduct performance evaluations.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably a graduate of BS/AB Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences and other equivalent course.
  • Must have at least two (2) year work experience in supervisory functions or specializing in all facets of HR.
  • With good communication and presentation skills;
  • With strong analytical and planning skills;
