We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team supporting our client, one of the largest home furnishings retailers in the U.S. In this role, you'll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top-tier talent across multiple departments.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, especially for U.S.-based roles, who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing top talent for corporate, tech, sales, and operations roles.
- Partner with U.S. hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment consultation.
- Proactively maintain a talent pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
- Post and promote openings via job boards and social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment SOPs and U.S. employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG, Workday, or Greenhouse.
Team & Process Support
- Mentor and support new recruiters through training and onboarding assistance.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of interview guides, job descriptions, and team documentation.
- Help maintain team morale and support hiring initiatives across multiple sub-departments.
Professional Development
- Keep up-to-date with changes in hiring trends, tools, and legal requirements.
- Take initiative in expanding knowledge in recruitment and HR by attending workshops and training sessions.
- Participate in regular talent acquisition meetings and assist in leadership coverage when needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year supporting U.S.-based roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., UKG, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Docs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in a U.S. client-facing environment.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding hiring KPIs (e.g., Quality of Hire, Time-to-Fill, No-show Rate).

- Understanding of recruitment analytics and strategic workforce planning.
- A strong network of talent across industries such as retail, tech, or customer service.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding tactics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
