Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Warehouse Operations Management

  2. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of Rudy Project products.

  3. Coordinate and monitor deliveries to retail branches, events, partner stores, and online customers.
  4. Ensure proper handling of sensitive items such as performance eyewear, helmets, apparel, and accessories to avoid damage.

  5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with company standards.

  6. Inventory Control

  7. Oversee inventory accuracy by implementing regular cycle counts and reconciliations.

  8. Ensure all inbound and outbound products are accurately documented in the warehouse management system.

  9. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  10. Staff Supervision & Training

  11. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure high productivity and adherence to SOPs.

  12. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to meet operational goals.

  13. Enforce compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

  14. Health & Safety Compliance

  15. Implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

  16. Report any safety hazards, incidents, or damaged products immediately.

  17. Ensure compliance with local labor and occupational safety regulations.

  18. Coordination with Other Departments

  19. Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Purchasing & Logistics, Merchandising and Events Teams for product allocation, pullouts, and deliveries for promotions and events (e.g., triathlons, sports expos).

  20. Work closely with the Purchasing Department to manage inbound shipments from suppliers.

  21. Reporting

  22. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, stock movements, and operational performance.

  23. Provide incident reports for any discrepancies, damages, or delays.
  24. Generate quality control reports on inbound order deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or distribution.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
