We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving & Dispatching Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient flow of goods in and out of our retail warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring timely receiving, accurate storage, and prompt dispatching of merchandise to support store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations related to receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching retail merchandise.
  • Ensure accurate verification of incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels, stock rotation, and product handling in line with company and retail industry standards.
  • Plan and oversee the scheduling of dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery to retail branches or customers.
  • Implement and enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency standards in all warehouse areas.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and retail store managers to resolve delivery or receiving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse reports.
  • Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 3–5 years of warehouse experience in the retail industry, with a focus on receiving and dispatch operations.
  • Proven leadership experience in supervising warehouse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse procedures, and retail merchandise handling.
  • Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet strict deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
