POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products and materials for delivery to various departments within the commissary facility. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow procedures for picking and preparing orders based on production needs. The Warehouse Picker collaborates closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other warehouse team members to maintain efficient operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in the warehouse.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow daily pick lists to accurately select products, ingredients, or supplies required for production or delivery.
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and specifications to ensure accurate picking and prevent errors.
  • Assemble orders and prepare them for distribution, checking for completeness and accuracy before packaging or transport.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records by scanning or marking items removed from stock for order fulfillment.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts to help track stock levels, report discrepancies, and support efficient stock management
  • Work closely with other warehouse staff, including the Warehouse Clerk and Warehouse Supervisor, to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate and prioritize picking tasks according to production or delivery schedules.
  • Assist in training new staff members in proper picking procedures and warehouse safety as needed.
  • Record picking data accurately in the warehouse management system or on manual pick tickets as needed.

QUALIFICATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred but not required; training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,100.00 per month
