WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily warehouse supervision

Proactively address warehouse problems and suggest solutions.

Check all MRS (Merchandise Return Slip), MSDS (Merchandise Short Delivery Slip) & ARM for Del Monte.

Prepare pending delivery report of Del Monte and CDO and submit to the Executive Vice President.

Respond to delivery and principal's concerns and issues.

EWBS Monitoring and coordinate with Mr. Romeo Capili.

Any related task.

Weekly and Monthly Reports

Check and sign all delivery trip ticket. (Weekly)

NES (Near Expiry Summary) for Sunquick and DMFS (Weekly)

Daily Trip Report (Monthly)

If there's incoming delivery:

10.    Ensures that all incoming deliveries are correctly received in Odoo system.

Make sure that all items delivered (incoming) are correct and valid orders.

12.    Maintain number of trucks to be received on a daily basis and should be in compliance to the approved and requested delivery date in Odoo System.

13.    Check incoming delivery invoices versus receiving tally sheet and check rejections if correctly documented and deducted in Odoo system.

14.    Encode all items received and its expiry date to P.O Monitoring template.

15.    Coordinate pull-out of BO to the Principal's in charge.

Hiring process

16.    Interview and assess possible applicants.

17.    Orient and assist new warehouse personnel.

Inventory

18.    Perform inventory counts of all products. (Semi-annually)
