Your Mission

  • Supervise daily warehouse personnel scheduling and activities.
  • Ensure KPIs for receiving, dispatching, replenishment, and inventory control are met.
  • Prevent losses from variances, damages, expiries, and penalties.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and enforce safety compliance.
  • Recommend initiatives to boost productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations for seamless flow.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of warehouse supervision experience.
  • Have knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices, SAP, and WMS systems.
  • Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
