Job description:

Ultrawell OPC urgently needed a Warehouse Supervisor to be assigned in Bulakan, Bulacan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Communicate job expectations to warehouse employees and provide coaching.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
  • Interface with customers to address questions or solve problems.
  • Establish innovative or adjusted work procedures.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Must have work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • CAN START ASAP

Location: Bulakan, Bulacan

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Salary Range: 18,000-26,000
