Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in process engineering, process analysis, or improvement (required).
  • Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, DMAIC, or related) and capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in process modeling/documentation tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Solid background in business process management, analysis, and optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration across all levels.
  • Knowledge and application of change management frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and KPI-driven performance monitoring (required).
  • Preferably trained in Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt).

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess existing workflows to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to provide a clear view of current and future-state processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design optimized business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support the rollout of new/improved processes by preparing training materials, providing guidance, and monitoring adoption.
  • Track process performance against defined metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Actively engage stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and foster collaboration.
  • Assist in managing organizational change efforts to drive smooth transitions during process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and stay updated with best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide insights through data-driven analysis to help enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
